Meet the Cast

Ezri (she/they) is thrilled to be returning to the Indy Fringe for the third time in the row, this time in the role of Chik Feelay. She recently acted in the role of Emmy in Out of Yard Signs as part of the Fringe Theatre and Betty Rage Production’s Femme Fest, and she is part of the cast of the improv show Study Hall. She grew up attending the Indy Fringe Festival where her mother volunteered and brought her to shows. Ezri began pursuing theatre herself in middle school and high school, and began participating in the local Indianapolis theatre community and improv scene after graduating college. She’s thrilled to be part of Hot, Cheap, and Ready, where she can combine her passions for acting and improv.

Kelly Kel is an Indy native creative. She has been gracing the stage for over a decade. You may have seen her in Detroit ‘67, Julius Caesar, The Wiser of Odds. More recently you could have caught her in the 3 Gen Molly, The Made Man Improv Show, or Blood at the Root. When she is not living her dreams on stage, she follows her heart as an instructor for the Blacklight theater. Her family is the biggest motivator and supporters. She loves them more than words can express. Thank you for everything.

Kalinda is an Indianapolis born drag entertainer and actor. Previously, she has appeared in many Indy Drag Theatre Inc. productions and can be found twirling her way across Indiana’s drag stages. This is Kalinda’s Indy Fringe debut, and she’s so excited to be doing it with such a fun show! Kalinda would like to thank the Haus of Diva and her boyfriend Zaryn, for always pushing her to be the best version of herself. Thank you for coming and enjoy the show!

Alaine Sims has been seen onstage in the Indianapolis area with American Lives Theatre, Booth Tarkington Civic Theatre, Buck Creek Players, Carmel Community Players, Clerical Error Productions, Hendricks Civic Theatre, The Hyperion Players, and Southbank Theatre Company. She thanks her partner and husband for his support with their two daughters (who firmly believe French fries and chicken nuggets count as a major food group), and the audience for choosing live theatre. It’s better here.

Viviana Quinones-Fabre (Taca Bella) is delighted to return to the stage in Hot, Cheap and Ready: The Special Sauce Monologues. A Puerto Rican actress and Encore Award winner, her recent stage credits include Murder on the Orient Express (Carmel Community Players), A Streetcar Named Desire (Catalyst Repertory), Abortion Road Trip (Fonseca Theatre), and Romeo & Juliet (Garfield Shakespeare Company). On screen, she has appeared in How to Stop a Wedding and Rocky Wake (her first feature film), and recently wrapped work on the 48 Hour Film Project. Viviana is a student at the Indy Actors Academy and is represented by Talent Fusion. She extends her heartfelt thanks for this opportunity.
